Create your own lists

Replacement proposal

To replace the navbox which has become too small in view of the number of lists, I propose the following change (test the button ;-):

Opinions?: I agree that the current navbox is unconvenient, but the button carries the same core problem: almost nobody wants to browse each and every list of Lingua Libre in every language. We would rather create a user-friendly "portal" page for each language, displaying all the existing lists in the language. On the current help page, we could create a list of portals by language, to quickly find relevant lists for a specific language. What do you think about this?
